1. Service and safety
WeatherToRun provides forecasts, estimated running scores and gear suggestions for information and planning. Forecasts can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Scores do not guarantee that running is safe and are not medical advice. Check official alerts and actual conditions, and consider your health and circumstances before running.
2. Use and availability
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with security, abuse APIs or infringe others’ rights. The website and its original content belong to the operator or their licensors; third-party weather data, brands and links remain subject to their owners’ rights. We may change or discontinue features. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
3. Affiliate links and Apple subscriptions
Some gear links are Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Retailers set prices and handle orders, returns and product support. Native app licences use Apple’s standard EULA; optional Plus subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Price, period and any trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under Apple’s terms; manage them in your Apple account. Refund requests go through Apple and remain subject to applicable law.
4. Your rights, changes and contact
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee forecast accuracy, fitness for your circumstances or continuous availability, to the extent permitted by law.
